Booking
Cancellations and modifications.
Please be aware that Cancellations and
modifications either in part or in full, may incur a
cancellation fee dependant on the amount of notice you give
us and the product and
services that you have purchased. All cancellations and administrative charges will be
deducted from the total amount that you have paid for your booking, and the remainder will
be refunded to the credit
card or bank account used to make the original booking.
The following is an outline of booking
cancellation provisions applicable to Nanango Caravan and Motorhome Park
accommodation.
All cancellations must be made via a written
notification or by the email address used to make the booking, unless you are making a cancellation
in person, in which case
appropriate identification will be required.
1. Cancellation of a booking 30 – 14 days prior
to day one of your stay: The
cost of the first night or 20%
of the stay if over 5 nights will be retained.
2. Cancellation of a booking 14 – 3 days prior
to day one of your stay: The cost of the first night or 50% of the stay if over 2 nights will be
retained.
3. Any cancellation of a booking less than 3
days prior to day one of your stay:
full payment will be retained.
If you wish to proceed with the cancellation of
your booking please email your
Invoice number, Full name, Contact Phone Number, Arrival
and Departure dates to:
